SAN JOSE, Calif., Mar. 10, 2003 — Resource Publications, Inc., announces exciting developments surrounding Christian Music Finder, a software resource that contains more than 570,000 searchable entries of printed and recorded Christian music titles. Along with improved features, such as more advanced secondary searches, the software now boasts multi-user capability.

Christian Music Finder is updated quarterly with thousands of new titles that are searchable by artist, song title, composer or collection. The expanded secondary search feature allows users to also search for recordings, soundtracks, videos, books and octavos. Additionally, it has the capability of using the internet to link users to publishers' websites for timely and accurate information about the music listings. The internet can be accessed by clicking on the “hot links,” which are hyperlinked text within the search results, to find practical information on a piece of music, song title or artist.

Whereas CMF was originally only licensed to individual users, because the database can now be installed on a computer hard drive, it can be licensed to multiple users. Stores with multiple computer terminals and chain stores can now receive multi-user licenses and simply update their users when a new version of the software has been installed at a central location.
